Q: Is a credit card required for the free trial?

A: No! During your 30-day free trial you will not need to enter any billing or payment information. If you decide that Dev Force ONE is for you, simply update your billing information from your Billing page and your account will be charged once your free trial is up. If you choose to let your free trial expire, we will hold your site and data for you for 60 days. During these 60 days, you will not have access to the functionalities within Dev Force ONE until payment is received. After 60 days, if no payment has been received, your account will be removed.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No! Dev Force ONE is a month-to-month service with the option to cancel at any time. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no fees of any type; All you pay is the monthly cost of your plan.

Q: Can I Upgrade or Downgrade my plan?

A: Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, just keep in mind if you downgrade to a package that allows for fewer concurrent users than you currently require, they will not be able to login to get their work done. For example, if you have 9 employees who must access the system at the same time, downgrading from the Silver Plan (up to 9 concurrent users) to the Bronze Plan (up to 4 concurrent users) will mean only 4 of your employees will be able to be in the system at once (and nobody else can sign in until those users sign out). You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time from the Billing page within Dev Force ONE.

Q: How does the 30-day FREE trial work?

A: Simply fill out the request for a free trial, we'll review your request and send you login information once it has been approved. There are no strings attached, and so long as you do not enter your payment information and switch to a payment plan you will not be charged. Before the 30-day free trial is up, we're sure you'll be convinced Dev Force ONE is the right choice for your organization. If you choose to switch to a payment plan, your card will be charged every month until you cancel your account.

Q: Do you charge a maintenance fee or any upgrade fees?

A: No! Your monthly payment to use Dev Force ONE is all you will ever have to pay. There are no hidden fees, and all upgrades are provided for absolutely FREE!

Q: Do you offer a secure connection?

A: Yes, we offer and encourage all of our clients to use 128-bit encryption over SSL. Unlike our competitors, we provide this security at no extra cost to you. In order to take advantage of full 128-bit encryption, please ensure SSL 3.0 is enabled in your web browser.

Q: What is your setup fee?

A: We don't charge a setup fee - setup is FREE!
